Every answer you keep is a line in tonight's file. A thumb up puts the pair in front of the judge; the ones it accepts become the model's experience and your name goes on the roll.

At 00:00 UTC the day closes. The keeper moderates the day's pairs, a judge scores them, the accepted ones become a JSONL file, and the file's sha256 goes on chain in a memo. Then the model writes down what it wants to remember.

Who it learned from
The roll fills from the first night.
Vadim launches $POKEGPT on pump.fun from his own wallet and forwards the coin's creator fees to the keeper wallet by hand. The keeper splits what arrives 60 / 25 / 15 and spends it in public: every burn and every file hash is a signature you can open.

It learns at night
Moderation, then a judge, then the accepted pairs. The current form is trained on the day with LoRA, which takes minutes of GPU time.

It grows at a threshold
$10k, $30k and the migration. The bigger base is trained on everything kept so far, so the character and the memories come with it.

It waits for money
If the compute bucket is short, the evolution queues and the chat moves to a smaller form. The stage already reached is never taken back.

- Only pairs you marked with a thumb up that pass moderation and the judge. No addresses, handles, emails or phone numbers go into the training file.

- The night file and its sha256, the diary, the weights of every form on Hugging Face, and the memo signature that carries each hash.
- The bases
- Qwen3-0.6B, 1.7B, 4B and 8B, all Apache 2.0. This project has no connection to Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company.
- If the money stops
- The nights are skipped and the chat runs on the smallest form. The page says so instead of pretending.
